We invite you for the opening of a multimedia exhibition “Marc Chagall’s Color Music”, which will be presented at the Riga Ghetto and Latvian Holocaust Museum, (address: 2, Turgeneva street, hall8, entrance from Maskavas Street) on August 18, 2020, at 14.00.
The core of the exhibition is made of paintings that were created under the influence of music that inspired Marc Chagall during his work. In front of the hall with the multimedia exhibition, there will be information stands with a brief biography of Mark Chagall, as well as a story about famous Latvian Jewish artists (Yaakov Veksler, Boris Lurie, Alexander Dembo, and others). The format of the multimedia exhibition will allow you to enjoy both visual content and musical works.
The exhibition was organized with the financial support of Riga City Council and LNK Charity fund. Technical support was provided by “LG”, Latvian National Museum of Art, Boris Lurie Art Foundation.
